21st Amendment - Toaster Pastry Red IPA

Sampling that Toaster Pastry from 21st Amendment and I got the backstory on the name. I guess they bought an old Kellogg’s factory to brew in, and wanted to make a beer that tasted like a toaster pastry. So, they wished upon a star and this red IPA tastes nothing like a toaster pastry. BUT! It didn’t suck either, and I normally loathe red IPAs because of all of the sexual tension. I might be wrong on the whole Kellogg’s story, mainly because I wasn’t listening, but shut up, it’s a beer and it was delicious and I love delicious beers. - Joel at Gillerson's Grubbery in Aurora, Illinois
