Black Pumas are not my style of music. But damn, do they make some good music. Snapped up this 4th Tap collab double IPA, and that’s a fitting welcome to our arrival in Austin. It’s a super coppery, kind of West Coast affair that’s also sort of traditional, but packing 8% into its small frame to be sure we get nice and wet while browsing Black Pumas music on YouTube. Ang thought the booze was too up front, I thought it was rather in the back. Tastebuds are crazy, y’all. It’s a solid beer overall, but nothing hugely notable.
