Due to stupid-ass Covid, Ang and I only did two things during our day in Vegas. We hit Beer Zombies, and we got stupid at Able Baker. Their tap list feels damn endless, but we picked and chose our way through it and into total inebriation, with help from their top-shelf and cool-as-hell staff. (Love y’all.) Everything is on point. Really. The IPAs from single to double to triple, the stouts, the Belgians, and the pils, which is done just right. Also, TIKKA MASALA WINGS?! Yeah, that’s a thing they do. Super tasty but nearly impossible to eat. We got messy. Which is okay, but not great when you’re digging your fingers through all that good sauce just to get to a little wingy. Worth trying, but I’m going for their other wings next time. And there will be a next time, because I need a “real” Vegas visit once all this pandemic shit clears up. Good thing I have Able Baker in the meantime, though. - Ryan
