This hazer benefits the Big Sur Land Trust, so it’s already got applaudable traits. Also, Alvarado Street, which makes yum yums. This thing is quite light, but also quite delicious. I was simply not expecting how airy it would be in taste, which I’m gonna attribute to the Waimea and Motueka, with a side of Simcoe. It’s a brilliant beer though, and doesn’t at all taste like the 7% it’s packing. - Ryan
