This kid I played tennis with in high school used to brag that Lars Ulrich’s dad coached him in tennis or some shit. I don’t remember the specifics, but he never shut up about it and he wasn’t very good anyway. And now, I repeat this bullshit as my only connection (haha okay) to Metallica, as I was always more of a Megadeth fan. And, like that kid and his story and me repeating it for no reason and also this beer...eh, it is what it is. I had to try this. Not a big fan. It’s certainly an all-day crusher and perfect for rocking the fuck out at Metallica shows, I just wasn’t terribly impressed by the flavor profile, or lack thereof. I’d literally go for any other Stone or Arrogant Bastard beer over this one. 🤷♂️ - @jetsliketaxis
