My first run through Beachwood and it’s only right that I pair it with this totally chronic bomby bombastic bombalicous cheesy beer bread that Ang just pulled out of the oven. (DM me if you want the recipe.) This IPA was dry-hopped with Mosaic, so you know it was also tingling my places. I found it rather light for a West Coast IPA, but I enjoyed it the more I drank. 😋 It would be pretty dangerous for me if I were able to hang outside all day and it wasn’t a shit world on lockdown, because I’d wanna crush ‘em all day but then I’d be floored because 7.1%.
