I have invaluable friendships with people like my compadre, Danny, and a bonus symptom of that is that I get to have monster collab beers like this, done by a bunch of my favorite breweries. Bearded Iris. ✅ Highland Park. ✅ Modern Times. ✅ Green Cheek. ✅ This is a crazy DIPA that’s totally dominated by the Citra and Citra Cryo in it, which at first had me feeling like it was a bit much for my taste. But, as it warmed up, that mellowed out and the booziness came through in a big way. I definitely appreciated the latter more than the former. This is a fantastic beer, but I do feel like it could have used a middle ground somewhere that I just didn’t ever stop at. Whatever, these fools are righteous AF. - Ryan
