Super bro brewery date day with Jason, stop number two! BEGYLE! Ryan and Ang are always raving about Begyle. Every time they stop, they bring me a few jams and I’m always geeked over them. But this was my first personal fondling of their wares on site. DAMN. Met Dan at the tap room right when we walked in, and asked if he wanted to be besties and he agreed that that was a good decision. THEN WE GOT TO SAMPLIN’! Their blonde and their IPAs are smooth balls, no question.
But, let’s focus on that Snooze Button aged on Koval barrels, shall we? I’m not over-hype fanboying when I say it was easily the best thing I had had in my mouth all week. AND I HAVE HAD SOME AMAZING FLUIDS, Y’ALL. Such a blatantly smooth and beautiful flavor, I think our reactions helped the rest of the folks in the taproom understand what their next drink should be. Wow. Still blushing over what that bevvy did to my loins. Un. Gal. Darn. Real. BEGYLE IS ONE OF THE BEST BREWERIES IN CHICAGO AND I WANT THEM TO ADOPT ME. - Joel
