Hello, Salt Lake City! I haven’t been here since my youth, and my oh my, this place is so damn gorgeous. Our first stop was to meet up with our buds at Bewilder, and we sat outside in the cold because anxiety. Love the space and I’m sure it’s dope to chill at when it’s not Covid time. Their beers were tasty, but all the ales were just way too light in flavor for my palate. Just because we have the 5% rule here doesn’t mean that they should be light light lighter boys. HOWEVER. The lagers were much tastier and I ended up banging a bunch of those back in succession because delicious crispy bois are delicious crispy bois. Super nice folks here as well, I just need the flavor game to be up up up and awayed. - Ryan
