Oh a recent visit to the Illinois capital, Springfield, we visited a restaurant called Augie's that serves fried goat cheese on a salad. First I enjoyed this Bling Pig U Of IPA, then I straight up KILLED that fried goat cheese. YALL AIN’T EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT FRIED GOAT CHEESE LIFE ABOUT SON. But seriously, fried goat cheese.
