A Freiburg to Stuttgart collab between the mouth-sexers at Braukollektiv and Cast, whose beer has just entered me for the first time. 🙋‍♂️ I’m glad they describe this one as a lighter version of a New England, because that’s exactly what it was! I definitely didn’t get a ton of juiciness or dankosity as described on the label, but it was an easy drinker, the kind of beer you want to hang out with all day without completely wrecking your palate. And that’s not such a bad thing, eh? It’s not my favorite beer from these fresh lads, but I wouldn’t get up and leave before I fell asleep, either. 🍻 - @jetsliketaxis
