Copped this little ditty with some BBQ for a righteous pairing, and made my way through it yummily even though Sorachi Ace is weird and I feel is certainly an acquired taste! Sharp on the tongue, but still interesting and tasty despite its weirdness. Can’t really complain when paired with this food haul. 😋 Sorachi weird though. Sorachi weird. - @hopsmashben
