This beer makes me want more stouts with cinnamon. Feels right for the stupid cold weather that’s infecting my body right now and gives me a bit of holiday cheer. Imnsho, the chocolate was too bitter and I would have appreciated way more sweetness, because, if you’re gonna make a pastry stout, emphasize the characteristics of the word ‘pastry.’ I otherwise appreciate it because I always appreciate putting Casita in my boca when I’m at my casa. - Ryan
