Walked over to Celis from the previous spot we were at, to hit up some of their brew-ha-has before closing time. I would say that a lot of their fruitier and Belgian-ier styles mostly aren’t for me, but I also didn’t try the big bois because I was already fairly off-kilter. The realm of pale ales was pretty ho-hum and definitely not why you’d want to come here. We absolutely need to have another go…earlier in the day next time. - Ryan
