Chattanooga - Hazy Shade Of Winter IPA

I love Chattanooga Brewing Co. because I love going to Chattanooga, staying an easy walk away from CBC, going to soccer matches, and getting ripped at the brewery. Thing is, they were never a hazy spot. More traditional styles, but always fucking good AF. I finally got to return to Chattanooga recently, and while it’s a stupid pandemic and there’s no soccer fun to be had, I still got to sit on the patio at CBC and drink some beers. And, it was to my surprise that they’ve gone in a bit more on their IPA game. And, honestly, this beer bangs. Hard. I really, really like it. El Dorado and Idaho 7 with some sticky goodness, plenty of hop flavor without being burny or stupid, and a nice side of jooooos to make it go down smooth. You probably won’t think it’s a world beater, but you’ll also probably guzzle 4-pack after 4-pack, and then send me thank you notes. Also, shoutout to The Bangles. Also, Ang says hi back there. 😆 - Ryan
