Up north to do some damage at Circle! The industrial space is superb, the food truck as well, the beer pretty good but mostly good for the pictured Archetype Historical IPA. The brew team made an olde IPA with as much historical accuracy as possible, also aging it for four months in oak barrels and adding some brett to the mix. Shit is super complex and tastes like history, in a good way. - Ryan
