When we’re overseas, Ransack The Universe is the only Collective Arts beer we ever see. Joel had this Life In The Clouds recently, and I was jealous. (I’m also jealous of his hips. They never lie.) so, I saw this on the menu at Café Hollander and snatched that fucker right up! It’s as good as Joel says it is. It’s as good as everyone else says it is. It’s really citrusy but doesn’t make my face go sideways in a bad way. It’s creamy and smooth as well, just like the insides of my biceps, but not as white.
