I knew I was going to be afraid of the Beet Weiss. I’ve had run-ins with beets before. Weisses, too, for that matter. I knew that they would team up and become a Voltron of terror upon thy taste buds. Thankfully, my neighbor Kurt is my “friend who drinks the beers I can’t handle and then tells me they’re amazing” friend. Kurt said this was amazing.
