When we were at Sudwerk, Ryan told us that Danville Brewing makes some fine-ass beers. And, I’m glad we listened to him and stopped by, because he’s damn right. They only seem to fuck around with the finest of liquids, because everything I had - and I had everything - was spot-on. While the traditional lagers and IPAs are righteous as all get out, the stars of the show here - for me, anyway - are the IPLs. They have both a Mosaic and a Strata one, and I just couldn’t stop wrapping my mouth around them and raving both inside and out. Make a damn near perfect lager, and then hop the shit out of it with all the right skills, and you get barrels and barrels of glory that I’ll keep looking forward to and keep coming back to time and time again.
