I am not a fan of this oak-aged Double Nickel RIS. While I can’t really explain what it is about the flavor that turns me off, it’s powerful and intense and intimidating and I’m scared of it. At 11+%, it’s demanding I lose the pants. I respect this beer and this brewery, but I can’t finish it. 😔 - Joel
