This is Two Street from my bridge partners at Double Nickel. This is the most confusing beer of the day. It’s a brut, but it’s sweeter than I thought possible. It’s wet AND dry, but the throat finish is a sweetish, tartish mishmash, and it’s not only confusing, it sort of numbed my mouth for a few minutes and now I’m trying to fit my mouth around this tall-ass highball glass.
