My passion to taste every available Black IPA ever led me to the gates of Dry City. Not only is their brewer, Oliver, incredibly adorable, but this creamy-ass malty-ass bitter-ass hoppy-ass Black IPA drinks with a shady history and lore that makes it all the more deliciously sinister. Legend has it, the shifty sober residents of Wheaton might have intentionally gotten the residents of Naperville super, super bombed and then, while they were passed the hell out, stolen all documents and equipment that would deem a specific locale as the county seat. Hence the name County Seat Heist. Hence why I was drinking this beer suspiciously. Hence why I was suspiciously drinking this beer. Hence why pants are such jerks. BURP! - Joel
