Evil Twin has been the elusive mysterious brewery I’ve always seemed to miss by seconds. One time, I found a single can of Biscotti Break in Manhattan and paid out the ass for it, only to have to throw it away the next day boarding an airplane back to Chicago because I didn’t have luggage to check it in. Then, another time, a friend of mine had some random Evil Twin IPA I was all jacked to try, and when he went to crack it it had a leak and was completely flat. BUT THEN RYRY AND ANG BROUGHT ME LIKE SEVEN EVIL TWINS. And here I am half naked, sitting on the hardwood, rocking back and forth, cradling this Kolata, pontificating on how incredible coconut and pineapple feel in my mouth when surrounded by dank, hoppy hop balls. These balls are welcome in my mouth. HASHTAG THESE BALLS ARE WELCOME IN MY MOUTH. - Joel
