The nose on this beer is my happy place. Centennial IPA is notoriously dangerous to me because, on more than five occasions, I’ve sat through a sixer of these lish bishes and then couldn’t get up. I adore how the sweet, sweet malt and the weedy, weedy hops marry in my mouth and I’m all, “Hell yes, freedom to marry in my mouth.” FREEDOM, Y’ALL. PUT IT IN YOUR MOUTH. - Joel
