I didn’t think I’d fawn over a red wine barrel-aged, funky saison. Alas, here we-eth are-eth. This beer is really, really nice. The nose makes me feel utterly luxurious, and the flavor is spot on. Just the right amount of bite at the end to signal it’s living that brett life. Exceptionally yumtastic. That’s what they say in circles of people that go to galas and such. - Ben
