Green Empire - Easy Listening Pilsner

I saw a Vermont beer at a beer store in Illinois. From a Vermont brewery I’d never heard of. And, it was dry-hopped with Motueka. Naturally, I fucking bought it. It’s the first-ever pils that Green Empire has made, and I gotta say, they did a righteous job. It’s not a classic pilsner by any means, given its Motueka dry-hopping, but that just makes it better for me since I like my beers hoppy. I’m not even a big fan of that hop, but I still went in on it. And you know it went in on me, too. 💁‍♀️ - Ryan
