Last time I was in Chattanooga, Heaven & Ale were building out their new space on the south side of town, so I didn’t get to stroll in. (Probs woulda been weird if I did.) Fortunately for my and my body and my licker part, they’re open and kicking and I happened to be walking by right when they opened their doors on this fine day. They have the most amazing patio. Perfect for both pandemic chills as well as summer fun time, I easily could have sat out there all day in that damn sunshine, getting my vitamin D whilst getting my vitamin IPA. We tried their Devil’s Armpit IPA, which is quite dark and old school but also tastes damn good enough that we bought a crowler to lap up later on. Also tried the Galaxyfall haze boi, which was on the lighter end of the spectrum, but also tasty in flavor flavs and contented my contentor receptors. Overall, Ang and I dug what the H&A crew is doing, and I definitely want to return on warmer days to kick it outside and go through the entire tap list. - Ryan
