A lot of people I know would consider this a classic, local beer in the Seville area, and I can’t disagree. So, I hijacked one to Portugal to enjoy away from the hustle and bustle. I do like it, but GOD DAMN is it bitter to my palate nowadays, and not in a way that makes me giggle like a little West Coast girlie. I dunno what it is, maybe I’m over it. But fuck it, it’s a good beer and it’s bitter, and if you like a bitter APA, this one’s got your number. Carlos, I need a hug. - Ryan
