Time for some BBQ! Ben killed these ribs, y’all. Back that up with some Balkan sausages, cheesy polenta, and the fruit/salad thing. And 💥 💥 💥 Ben used this stout to steam the ribs at the end. Bangin’. Good thing too because this beer was hella blech. Sour and a total dumper. Was hoping it’d be better considering their espresso stout. And now hoping we got a bad batch. My goodness. At least whatever good flavor was in the bottle came through in the ribs. Overall, food satisfaction over beer disappointment. I’ll take it this time! - Ryan
