Some people complain about Hop Butcher since 95% of their beers are hazy IPAs, and I mean…they’re all fucking delicious. I am NOT one of those people, and this beer also falls into the aforementioned “fucking delicious” camp. I’ve never had a Butchie I didn’t like. True stories never lie. Never true lie stories? The Amarillo, Strata, and Galaxy threesome here bangs hard in a space where all three are pleasured and nobody is left out. But, if I’m being honest and not lie truesy, I’ll take that goddamn Strata as the performer of the beer. Put it in me and let it ride, baby. - Ryan
