I’ve always been a fan of tavern cut. Mainly because it allows me to eat my steaming and tempting pizza as soon as possible. Start with the corners. Work my way down one side. Then I can try and lift a center square out, and if it’s grabbable, I can then shove it inside me without the risk of possibly burning my mouth. I’d like to thank Hop Butcher for the beer soundtrack to my eating strategy. Both the beer and the imaginary pizza were delicious. What would I prefer out of the two if I had the choice?
