It’s not that I’m against white stouts. I’m just against the idea that white stouts are stouts. Sure, sure Founders, I don’t see color and all that. Thank you, beer boomer. But I DO see color. I see color as being an indication of what flavor balls are going enter into my flavor ball landing hole, and this looked like an ale that was pale, but then with the carrot cake frosting tasted like a candle meant to only be lit around the holidays. Not sure if I will ever fully trust a white stout, because I’m white and I still don’t fully trust white people. Ah well, back to trying to keep my race cards where I keep my race cars, and I don’t have any of either. So, back to innocent banter about liquid. - Joel
