We sadly didn’t have time to visit Indie while in LA, so I took the opportunity to order a Del Rey IPA when I saw it on tap at Guelaguetza while Ang and I were getting fat as hell on some bomb-ass foodles. I don’t even have to get into the food...look at the pics! ¡Estos chicos lo hacen absolutamente perfecto! 🤤 So, on to the IPA. Solid. Not IPA enough for me. A bit fruity, lightly bitter, way too light. Maybe I don’t know what the hell I’m talking about (plausible!). It’s a really light IPA. I crushed the hell out of it but I would not lap it up again.
