Have you ever run into a brewery that you had no idea existed? Do you know how dope it is to roll into a town of ~2,500 people, only to find out there’s a brewery and craft bar/shop less than 30 seconds from your apartment rental? My goodness gracious, peeps!
Javier and Charo make the badass and super-yummy La Axarca APA, and also own the La Domadora Y El León craft store and tap room. Their selection is totally outrageous and I should have taken more pictures for you. We walked out with a case of various singles and a bunch of La Axarca beer to bring back for friends.
One of the best things about it is that they are both super-nice people that are doing everything they should for both the craft scene and their customers.
