Greetings from Lausanne! 🇨🇭 We stopped by Les Brasseurs to suckle on some of their beers and get mad fat on foodles. First up was their white IPA, which was nice and fruity but not too hoppy. Smooth and a bit creamy, I’d say. Overall, I really liked it. Especially in this heat. I banged down an amber after that, which was also tasty but a bit sweet for me. These guys have been doing it for over 20 years since they started in Geneva in 1997, and they now have five locations around the lake. Definitely worth a stroll through when you’re in the area.
