We had a quick pit stop at Little Toad Creek here in Las Cruces and tipped back a couple of ales before our later evening commitment. Because why not drink some beer before important commitments. LTC is a pretty traditional brewery and their brews are pretty traditional. Both the IPA and pale ale were good, but I’d love to taste some modernization. Such is life sometimes, and you just gotta roll with it. I need to come back and run through their tap list at some point. ‘Twasn’t anything to write love letters about, but also ‘twasn’t anything to complain about. A decent beer at a nice space with very nice and cool as hell staff. ¡Salud!
