I got home from Kimski, after taking down these perogis and this heaping pile of gravy covered-burger and garlic rice (and pasta salad) (and a fried egg) that I enjoyed with a Marz CBD seltzer, and went right for more Marz. The Co-Prosperity Beer is similar to a lot of Marz IPAs. How similar? It was perfect and sweet and bitterly balanced and buttery smooth on the mouth, just like everything at Kimski.
