My obsession with Marz Community Brewing is no secret. From their artwork, to their menu, to their community art initiatives, to their farmers market, to everything else that they touch, I love everything about these people and their creations. I will also say that this was one of the first beers that I ever took a sip, smacked my lips, said “ahhh” out loud, and then proceeded to burp the burp of a thousand rugby players. It was deep. It was guttural. It came from within. So, not only was this Han guy a biscuity crisp tongue thwap, it also allowed me a bit of musical expression because that burp was straight up Bb, y’all.
