No clue who Toucan Chan is, but he sounds fun. Not big on zests in my beers. (Looks off into the distance.) At least not since the incident. But this was making me want to unbutton a few buttons and lay out by the kiddie pool I haven’t cleaned since August. Super-complicated without making me feel dumb for not getting it on the first half-dozen sips. Marz, you make me better by allowing me accessible access to accessibly complex liquid.
