Meteor is the oldest independent brewery in France. 1640! That’s old AF tho. They’re pretty damn big, too, and I feel like they get some hate because of it. I mean, they’re not very crafty anymore. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t bang down an ice-cold pils while staring at the lake in Gérardmer 🇫🇷 Right? I enjoyed it just fine. It is what it is. And the microbrewery in town wouldn’t let us in because we didn’t have a reservation even though the place was empty. So, whatever. Santé! - @jetsliketaxis
