It was honestly difficult to fully appreciate this beer considering I drank it right after I had a creamy triple IPA. But, because I’m here for you, I managed to struggle my way over to the standard IPA side to give you a proper review of this proper properosity. Mikerphone. Is. Always. On. Point. This Simcoe hazer is fucking incredible. Despite going from creamy oatmeal thiccness to a 6.5% kitty beer, I was thoroughly impressed and my tongue was thoroughly moistened in all the right ways. I wish I hadn’t given some of my 4-pack away, but it’s the sacrifice we make in order to bring pleasure to the loins of our friends as well. - Ryan
