Walked over to Mumford after getting lit up at Modern Times and giving a walk-by middle finger to Golden Road. We’d heard lots of good things so we were ready to continue on with our 🥴 day in proper fashion. Literally 10 of the 12 beers on tap were APA/IPA. Which, cool cool cool, I can gets with that. Not sure many others can who don’t like riding the hazy train. But, I can because I’m an unabashed #hazeboi, so on we rode! Everything here was solid AF. Problem is, nothing blew me away. After visiting some other LA breweries, I felt a little lacking in the flavorator category. No hate, the beer was good! And I’d return! It just didn’t have that extra boom-boom I was yearning and have previously experienced elsewhere. Guess I gotta do it again next time we’re in town! You got thoughts?
