Brewed in 2015, released in 2016. Didn’t expect to store them for two years, but here we are! I’m actually, really digging this, which is a shock to those of you who know I don’t fuck with sour beers. New Glarus nailed this beer from their R&D series. It tastes like sparkling white wine with some light apple on the back end. I’m loving it and I have one more bottle to bang. Bravo, New Glarus! - Ryan
