Someone said that this was Noon Whistle’s answer to Hopslam. I don’t particularly care for Hopslam, other than cooking with it, so I won’t comment on that comparison. But JETHUTH CHRITHT, this was stupid lish. I didn’t know it was 10.2% until my wife screamed “TEN POINT TWO? JESUS, JOEL!” from across the kitchen. Noon Whistle makes amazing beers and are incredible people and I almost feel like every beer they brew, they brew for me. If that’s selfish, I don’t care. Their beers speak to me.
