Don’t mind if I do fawn over this DDH pils from the tank and dungeon masters at Northern Monk. Continental European malts mixed with New Zealand hops in this collab with Donzoko reminds me why I love DDH lagers people IPLs or whatever you wanna call them. I cannot resist picking one off the shelf, especially when the Monks are involved. (Late review, too many brews.) - Ryan
