Old Irving Brewing was so much better than I imagined. We sampled every beer on tap, with the exception of the two gose, as I am not of the degree of beer geekdom where I would voluntarily drink beverages flavored with shoes. But holy balls, did every beer taste better than the last. We picked up a growler of the Trendi the Ocho IPA and killed it within five minutes of checking in to our hotel. Food was awesome. Our kids loved it. And the brewery equipment overlooking the tap room was frickin awesome. Will be back. Will buy some of the to-go chicharrones next time! - Joel
