The insanely talented and creative folks over at Orkenoy in Chicago have approached their beers, food, and cocktail menu in a way we've never experienced. Every little nuance is intentional, there is no detail too small. They're essentially documenting their consumable creations using art, interior design, and imagination. And it's GALDARN MAGIC.

This most recent beer, a collab with them folk at Hope For The Day, is named Sundae Prairie. And the story of this character is the first this season. Not just like weather seasons yo, they have SEASONS like tv shows. It's incredible how they approach their craft, I swrrrr. Sundae Prairie is a prairie dog, as seen on the label and painted by the insanely talented @lukeskatie, and as a beer, it's a Hoppy Farmhouse Ale (4.2%) made with tropical Lithuanian yeast, and from what Jonny says, it tastes like a shirtless romp through a tropical dream where someone's playing badminton and then the occasional badminton racket air guitar. THAT'S THE PLANET I WANT TO LIVE ON.
