Headed out with our buds for some Proper beers and Proper burgers before our stay in SLC came to a finale. Loved the burgers and I love these friends even more. As has been the case with most Utah breweries, though, all the beers are damn light in flavor. Even the cans, which don’t have the same restrictions. The flavor on all of them was quite nice; they just all seem to be missing the extra push that pushes pretty good beer into the damn good beer zone. Regardless, the company we keep is spot on. And, there’s beer and burgers. - Ryan
