It is time for ze Germans! Landed in Fort Collins, Colorado, and immediately got to work on some fresh, traditional German styles and more at Prost. It was early in the day, and a snowstorm had just begun, so we were solo on the dolo, which made me happy because we had to sit inside so as not to get winterized by the winter stupidity falling upon the town on this brrrrr day. All the beers were yumdingers, especially the dark lager. The IPL could have used more hoppiness, but I was otherwise pleasured greatly. Prost to Prost! - Ryan
