Up, up, up! Went all the way up to Schilthorn in the Swiss Alps and decided to have a beer at the summit. Don’t know if it was the breathtaking views, the thin air, or just brewing skills, but I quite enjoyed this crispy boi helles! I love it when a light beer actually has some depth of flavor. This family brewery has been doing their thing near Interlaken since 1866, so I expect no less than Alpine yums! Pröstli! 🍻 - Ryan
